Take a deep dive in “aware-ed” movement and gain unexpected benefit in this half-day workshop. You’ll be guided in novel movement explorations that lead to pain relief, greater self-confidence & vitality, release of unnecessary, unconscious efforts, greater creativity & curiosity, focus, and self-joy. No matter you’re activity, profession or hobby, regardless of the area of your body that is your complaint, you’ll gain improvement in all areas. The approach is Embodied & Integral, blending movement with attention that provides benefit in all areas—clearer thinking & feeling, easier connection to yourself and others, and flexible, focused, pain-free action. From high performers to those with neuromovement challenges—all are welcome. Please be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
Includes a 45-minute lunch, and one 15-minute break during the workshop.
